Three steps decide the state of your skin: cleansing properly, moisturising consistently, and daily sun protection. A tube of mask replaces none of them.
The plump feeling straight after is mostly water just delivered into the outermost layer. It is real, but it does not last if the daily moisturising step is still missing.
So when is it worth it? Once the three basics are steady and you want a heavier hydrating step during weeks when skin needs quiet. In that role it does its job well; in any other role it does not.

An addition to the evening routine, not a replacement for part of it.

How to use
Three steps, 15–20 minutes each time

Cleanse
Wash and dry your face before applying.
Step 2
Apply a thin layer
About 5–10g, roughly three fingertip joints, for one use.
Step 3
Leave 15–20 minutes, then rinse
Rinse with clean water, then moisturise as usual.
This is an optional step, not a required one. If this week you only manage the three basics — cleanse, moisturise, sun protection — skipping the mask makes no difference to the routine's outcome.

How much is it?

How often should I use it?
The manufacturer does not publish a frequency, so we do not quote one. For a hydrating and calming formula, how often you mask matters far less than whether the three basics happen consistently.
Do I rinse it off?
Yes. The manufacturer states leaving it 15–20 minutes and then rinsing with clean water, followed by a moisturiser.
Can I use it during a pigmentation routine?
Yes, because it is a hydrating step with nothing acting on pigment, so it does not compete with the cream or serum. But if your skin is stinging, the answer is to remove steps rather than add one.
How should it be stored?
Somewhere dry and cool, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the cap after use.
