Mocha skincare
Every percentage, in writing

- 30active concentrations printed on packs
- 12products, labelled the same way
Most skincare lists ingredient names and stops there. Mocha publishes the concentration of each active, so you can compare our products against anyone else's before you buy.
See the dark spot line- Every key active's percentage is published, not hidden behind “proprietary blend”
- No corticosteroids, no hydroquinone
- We state the limit plainly: cosmetics for external use, not medicine
About Mocha
Why we print the percentages
A jar labelled “proprietary complex” might hold 0.01% of an active, or it might hold 3%. The buyer has no way to tell, which is exactly why skincare is so hard to compare.
Mocha does the opposite: each product publishes the concentration of every key active, with a reference for what that ingredient is understood to do. You can take those numbers and check them against any other product, including ours.
In return, we do not promise things that cannot be measured. Every Mocha product is a topical cosmetic, not a medicine, and results depend on your skin and on daily sun protection.
Start with your skin concern
Dark spots and uneven toneSurface patches, deep spots and mixed pigmentation respond differently to the same active. This page explains how to tell them apart before it talks about products.3 products →
Blemish careTwo phases, two different steps: while the spot is inflamed, and after it settles but leaves a darker mark.2 products →
RecoveryA line for the phase when skin needs quiet: hydrate, calm, and add nothing that competes with anything else.3 products →
CleansingThe step that repeats most often in a day, and for that reason the easiest one to thin your skin barrier with unnoticed.2 products →
Sun protectionA line with a single step in it — but the step whose absence takes most of the meaning out of the others.1 products →
At-home peel and retinolA line with a single kit in it, and the strongest thing on this site. Most of what follows is about when NOT to use it.1 products →

Not sure where to start? Settle this first
Which layer your darker patches sit in. That is the question that decides how long to expect — not which label to buy.
Pigment in the outer layer and pigment sitting deeper respond very differently to the same ingredient. Applying one group's expectations to the other is the most common reason people stop halfway, and then conclude that nothing works.
The Pigmentation and dark spots page separates the three groups and gives a reference timescale for each. Read that before you look at price.
What brought you here? Go straight to it
The section above is about melasma because that is the largest group. If you came for something else, you do not need to read this page to find your way.
Active breakouts — a raised, inflamed spot and the mark it leaves behind are two different problems needing two different products. The acne line separates the two stages.
Stinging, redness, light flaking after actives — this phase needs fewer things acting on the skin, not more. Stop the strong actives first, then decide.
Not sure where to begin — begin with cleansing and sun protection. Those two decide whether anything else means anything, and they cost less than most of what you would buy next.
Want to move faster and accept a shedding phase — read the peel page fully before ordering, including the part about who should not peel at home.
These are the figures currently printed on the packs
Anyone can say they disclose their concentrations. Below are the actual figures, taken from each pack, so you can compare without opening every page.
Smart First Care serum — 4-butylresorcinol 1000ppm, Niacinamide 4%, Bio-Placenta 1%.
Smart Brightening X3 cream — Tranexamic Acid 3%, NIO-NAG 2%, Ceramide 1%.
Smart Whitening mark gel — Sabiwhite® 0.3%, Niacinamide 3%, Tranexamic Acid 3%.
Smart Target spot gel — Acnebusters 3%, BHA 0.5%.
Retinol mixPEEL kit — liposome-encapsulated Retinol 1%.
Why it matters: knowing a product contains Niacinamide tells you little, because 1% and 5% are not the same product. Once the figure is printed, you can compare it against any other brand — including ones we do not sell.
Where there is no figure, the page says so rather than estimating one for you.
What happens when you order here
There is no cart on this site and no online payment. You leave a name, phone number and address; an adviser calls back within 2 working hours to confirm the order and ask about your skin before anything is dispatched.
Delivery takes 2–5 days depending on the area, free nationwide. You open and inspect the parcel before paying. If an item is faulty, wrong, or still sealed, you can return it within 7 days.
The number you leave is used to confirm the order and advise you, and is not shared with third parties. Details in the personal data policy.
What we do not claim
There is no “clears in N days” figure. How long improvement takes varies by group, by individual, and by whether you use sunscreen every morning. Anyone quoting one number for everybody is guessing.
There are no refunds for simply not liking it. Opened cosmetics cannot be resold, and nobody can predict how your skin will respond. The 7-day return window covers faulty, wrong or still-sealed items only — said upfront so it is not a surprise later.
And there are no medical claims. Everything here is a topical cosmetic. If your skin needs medical care, see a dermatologist.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official Mocha site?
The site is operated under Công ty TNHH Thương mại Ứng dụng Dược Mỹ phẩm Công nghệ cao Mocha — the legal name, tax number and registered address appear in the footer of every page. The same company is the one that filed the cosmetic product notifications, and each product page prints its notification number.
Why is the price lower than the list price?
The list price is the one printed on the manufacturer's own material for each product. The price on this site is the current selling price. Both are shown side by side so you can compare them yourself; neither is hidden.
Can I buy without leaving a phone number?
Orders here go through a callback, so a number is needed to confirm. If you would rather not leave details yet, read the ingredient table and instructions on the product pages — they are published in full and need no sign-in.
Are the products registered with the regulator?
Yes. The cosmetic product notification number is printed at the foot of each product page so you can check it. Where a number is not yet available for the current filing, the page shows a warning rather than staying silent.
