Signs you are using too much
Stinging, redness, light flaking — while following every instruction correctly
Serum, toner, essence, masks. The more complete the routine, the more it stings.
All good products, all used together, and my face went red with no way to tell which one.
Retinol made me flake. I was told to push through, so I did.
A week off everything and my skin calmed right down — but the marks came back darker.
With a damaged barrier, every active behind it is beside the point
The outermost layer keeps water in and irritants out. When it weakens, actives penetrate faster than intended — which is why the same product can feel fine one week and sting the next.
This phase needs fewer things acting on the skin, not more. The four groups printed on this jar are all hydrating and soothing; there are no brightening or exfoliating actives in it.
It is a basic moisturising step. We call it that rather than a treatment, because putting treatment expectations on a moisturiser is the fastest way to be disappointed by one.
Two creams, where they differ
Which jar for which phase?
Both are 30gr moisturising steps. They differ in how many ingredients they carry, and in the phase of skin they suit.

Biovector Brightening Cream
335,000₫
- Ingredients declared
- 45, the full INCI list in order
- Suits skin that is
- Settled, and wants many actives in one step
- Its particular strength
- Every substance can be checked before use
- Physical UV filters
- TiO2 and ZnO present, but no declared SPF, so not a sunscreen substitute
- Just peeled, or just stopped retinol
- Wait until skin settles
Fewer ingredients does not mean lesser. For reacting skin, fewer variables is precisely what you need, and that is this jar's job.
If yours is the phase that needs calm, below are the four ingredient groups in this jar.
Before you order
Three phases, and which one this jar is for
A basic moisturiser cannot do an active's job. Said plainly so you do not buy the wrong expectation.
Best fit
Recently irritated, peeled, or off retinol
Exactly the phase this jar exists for: few ingredients, no strong actives, and a quiet stretch for the skin.
Good long term
Dry year-round, no pigmentation concerns
Fine as a long-term daily moisturiser. No reason to move to a busier formula while your skin is settled.
Not what you need
Working on melasma or dark marks
There are no brightening actives here. It keeps the barrier in shape so other steps can work, but on its own it does not act on pigment — you need something else.
Ingredients
Four groups, and what each one does
Pro-vitamin B5 (panthenol)
Humectant, aimed at easing tightness and redness.
Dry or recently treated skin
Centella extract
A familiar member of the calming group.
Easily flushed skin, post-peel
Hyaluronic acid
Humectant that holds water in the outer layer.
All skin types
Plant stem cell extract
Extract from cultured plant tissue, used as a conditioning ingredient.
Skin needing a light moisturising step

Where it sits in the day
The last step, morning and night
While skin needs quiet, a shorter routine is better. This is the minimum.
Morning
- Rinse with cool waterDuring this phase you can skip the morning cleanser.
- Collagen Peptide CreamNever skipApply while skin is still slightly damp to hold that water in.
- SunscreenNever skipWeakened skin darkens more easily after every exposure.
Night
- Remove make-up and cleanseSomething gentle, with cool water.
- Pause the strong activesNever skipRetinol, exfoliating acids, high-strength vitamin C — stop until the stinging ends.
- Collagen Peptide CreamNever skipA slightly thicker layer than the morning.
Most skin settles within one to two weeks once actives are reduced. If it is still stinging, red or flaking after two weeks, that is no longer a moisturiser's job — see a dermatologist.
How to use
Two steps
The order is taken from the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 1
Dot on five points
A pea-sized amount across both cheeks, chin, forehead and nose.
Step 2
Spread and pat in
Pat gently until absorbed; do not rub.
If you are running a routine with pigment-targeting actives, pick one cream rather than layering both — extra layers add congestion risk, not extra effect.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
How much is it?
250,000₫ for the 30g jar. Free delivery, pay on delivery.
How is it different from Smart Brightening Cream?
Different purpose entirely. The brightening cream carries pigment-targeting actives; this one is a base moisturiser that hydrates and calms. Use this when skin needs a rest, the other when you are running a pigmentation routine.
Can I use both at once?
Layering two moisturisers is not advisable. Pick one, according to the phase your skin is in.
How should it be stored?
Somewhere dry and cool, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the lid tightly after use.

Once skin has settled again
Actives come back after recovery, not during it. These usually follow.
