Where it usually goes wrong
Most people get this wrong by using too much, not too little
I spread it over the whole area to be safe, and the whole area went dry and flaky.
I squeezed the spot then applied it to speed things up. That one marked worse than the ones I left alone.
Two days, no visible change, so I switched to something else.
Used it alongside an all-over BHA and my skin stung for days.
A spot gel is stronger than an all-over cream — because it was never meant for the whole face
The concentrations in a spot treatment are calculated for a very small area over a short period. Spreading it across a whole region delivers several times the intended dose — and the usual result is dryness, flaking, and a weakened skin barrier.
A weakened barrier makes the next breakout easier. That is why some people find that the more they apply, the more persistent their acne becomes.
Dot the spot, leave it alone, and judge it in days rather than hours. If breakouts cover a whole cheek or the whole forehead, that is no longer a job for a spot gel — see a dermatologist.
Do not mix these two up
Active breakout, or a mark left behind?
The two tubes look alike and are both 20gr, but they are for two different stages. Using the wrong one does no harm — it simply does nothing.

Smart Whitening Turmergel
215,000₫
- When to use it
- Once it has healed and only a darker mark remains
- What it targets
- Pigment left behind after healing
- Key actives printed on the pack
- Sabiwhite® 0.3%, Niacinamide 3%, Tranexamic Acid 3%, Glutathione
- How it goes on
- Dotted, or spread thinly over the marked area
- Can they be used together
- Yes — on healed areas, not overlapping the inflamed ones
Plenty of people have both at once on the same face. Using both then makes sense, but on different areas rather than on top of each other.
If this tube is the one you need, the section below explains why it is for spots only.
Before you order
Three situations, and what we would actually tell you
We are a reseller. Saying up front where this will not help beats letting you buy and be disappointed.
Best fit
A few isolated inflamed spots
Exactly what this tube was made for: dotted onto each spot, not spread across the healthy skin around them.

Breakouts across a whole area, or cystic acne
A spot gel cannot cover large areas, and cystic acne belongs with a dermatologist. We are not going to sell you that expectation.
Different product
The spot has healed, only a mark remains
Post-acne marks are pigment, not acne. This is not the tube you need — see the mark gel further down.

Where it sits in the day
Onto dry skin, before your moisturiser
Order decides how much actually reaches the spot.
Morning
- Cleanse and pat dryDamp skin lets the gel spread onto the skin around the spot.
- Dot onto each spotNever skipA very small amount, covering the spot only. Let it dry.
- Moisturise everywhere elseAvoid going over the dotted areas.
- SunscreenNever skipInflamed skin darkens very easily once it heals.
Night
- Remove make-up and cleanseFully clean before you dot.
- Pat completely dryThe step most often skipped, and the one that keeps the gel where you put it.
- Dot onto each spotNever skipSame amount as the morning.
- MoisturiseKeeping the barrier intact makes the next spot less likely.
No scrubbing, and no squeezing beforehand. Squeezing pushes the damage deeper and lengthens how long the mark lasts rather than shortening it. Patch test on the neck and watch for 30–45 minutes before the first use.
How to use
Dab, do not spread
The amounts below are taken verbatim from the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 1
Cleanse first
Wash and dry your face.
Step 2
A pea-sized amount for spots
Dab onto the spot or swollen area. For a larger area, two pea-sized amounts and no more.
Step 3
Let it absorb before the next step
Layering over gel that has not absorbed weakens both layers.
The manufacturer states plainly: using too much congests the skin, or dries and flakes thinner skin. This is a product where more does not buy more.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
How much is it?
235,000₫ for the 20g tube. Free delivery, pay on delivery.
Can I use it all over?
Better not. The formula concentrates its actives for a small area; spreading it everywhere wastes product and readily dries thinner skin.
Can I use it alongside a pigmentation cream?
Yes, but not stacked in the same place. Dab the gel on the spot, let it absorb, then apply the cream elsewhere.
How long until I see a difference?
We do not quote a figure. Blemish-prone skin responds very differently from person to person, and one shared timescale would be wrong for most readers.
What about severe or cystic acne?
That needs a dermatologist, not a spot treatment.

Once the spot has healed
Acne-prone skin needs both a proper cleansing step and something for the marks left behind.
